Free first customer report
Semaphor maintains this library. If you want one of these metrics built on your own data, we will build your first customer report free. This is the scope.
What you get
We build one customer-facing report from the metrics library definitions and embed it in your product. The target is one week from receiving data.
What is in scope
- One report. For example, a WIP schedule by PM or case acceptance by provider.
- One dataset. A single source, such as one database or a set of extracts with the same schema.
- One customer persona. For example, a contractor's controller or a DSO regional manager.
We agree on all three in writing before work starts.
Data
- Sample or de-identified data only.
- For dental and embedded banking, no patient health information and no account-level personal data. If needed, we use synthetic rows on your schema.
- You choose what to share. We do not need production access.
Success criterion
Before we start, we agree on one test the report has to pass. For example: "A customer success manager can show it to three customers."
At the end
- A 30-minute review with the product leader.
- An embed plan with pricing, if you want to go further.
Not included
- Additional reports, dashboards, or personas.
- Ongoing support or changes after the review.
- Connecting to production systems.
These can be quoted separately.
